Which Hitch Pin For Trailer Hitch on 2008 Saturn Vue

What is the bolt size to put the carriage rack on.

I'm not certain what you mean by carriage rack, are you speaking of the hitch pin that's used to hold a draw bar or hitch mounted accessory in place? If you have a Class I or II hitch with the 1-1/4 by 1-1/4 inch receiver opening, you'd use a 1/2 inch hitch pin like # PC2 or # e98879 for a locking pin.

If you have a Class III hitch with the 2 x 2 inch receiver opening you'd use a 5/8 inch pin like # PC3 or # e98882 for a locking version. I've linked you to an FAQ article that explains how to figure out which size hitch opening you have.

If you were speaking of the mounting bolts, you'd need 12mm x 1.75x 35mm class 10.9 hex head bolts. We sell replacement bolts as part # RHK. On the RHK product page, type in 75556 as the hitch part number and Draw-Tite as the hitch manufacturer. This will get you the correct hardware.
