Is Bearing Buddy Needed On EZ-Lube Hub and Spindle

I currently have bearing buddies on my trailer but I am buying new hubs from you that state they are Es-lube. Can I still use my bearing buddies? Any information is much appreciated. Thanks.

When using an EZ-Lube hub, such as hub/drum assembly # AKHD-545-2-EZ-2K, on an EZ-Lube spindle it is not necessary to also use Bearing Buddy bearing protectors. An EZ-Lube spindle, such as part # TRU44FR, has a grease zerk fitting to allow you to pump grease into the hub bore and bearings. A Bearing Buddy will not fit with an EZ-Lube spindle.

The washer that would fit the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles, part #T20BTR-7258, is part #SW1000. This has a 1 inch inside diameter. I have attached a product review video for this washer.
