Hitch Mount, Wiring, Wireless Remote, and Winch Cover for Bulldog Winch Alpha Series Winch

Question:

Do you have a portable cradle mount for the portable winch to move it to a front mount trailer receiver? I need the versatility of front and rear mounting on my Jeep Commander. I would also need heavy wiring connector to run to the rear of the jeep. Do you have a wireless remote?? Exposition trips the winch would stay on the front of the jeep. Are there winch covers to protect it? Thank you,

To mount the Bulldog Winch Alpha Series Off-Road Winch # BDW10048 to a 2 inch hitch receiver, you will want the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011. This winch mount will make it easy to transfer the winch from the 2 inch front hitch to the 2 inch rear hitch of your Jeep Commander. Keep in mind that when the winch is mounted to the hitch, the capacity of the winch will be limited to the hitch's capacity. I confirmed with my contact at Bulldog Winch that the # BDW20011 mount is compatible with the Alpha Series winch.

For wiring to connect your winch at the rear of your Commander, you can use the Bulldog Winch Wiring Kit, 20 Feet, 2 Gauge # BDW20206. This wiring kit comes with 20 feet of 2 gauge wire and a pair of quick-connects to easily connect the winch to the wiring. If you'd also like wiring with quick connects for the front of the Jeep, you can use the wiring kit # BDW20205.

The wireless remote that is compatible with the # BDW10048 is the Bulldog Winch Wireless Controller, Quick-Connect Plug # BDW20156. This wireless controller offers in power in and power out functions from any position within 100 foot radius. A cover is available for this remote as well, # BDW20194.

To cover the winch, you will want a cover that is designed for winches that have the power unit over the motor, like the Bulldog Winch Neoprene Cover # BDW20190. This cover stretches to provide a snug fit and works to protect the winch from the elements.
