I checked with Yakima and they never made a bike rack called the StandUp. Are you possibly referring to the HoldUp # Y02443?

If so, the replacement shank for a 2 inch hitch is the part # Y8890278 for black or part # Y80126 for gray.

In order to convert your Yakima HoldUp #Y02445 to be compatible with a 2 inch hitch, you would only need the Replacement Tongue for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks #8880580, which is a 2 inch tongue.
