Which Tire would be the Best Fit for a Towmaster 20.5x8.0x10 Tire on a Pontoon Boat Trailer
Question:
We just bought a used 18 ft pontoon boat and dual axle trailer. I need to replace two of the tires. It currently has Towmaster 20.5x8.0x10 Range c , 5 lug tires. What do you have the would be compatable with this size? Should I put the two new tires on the same axle?

Just like with a car, if you need to replace one on an axle, you should replace the other so both sides of the axle wear evenly. I am assuming the wheel diameter is 10 inches.
The best fit tire size would be a 205/65-10. Load range C is part # AM1HP52 had has a maximum capacity of 1,100 pounds at 50 psi. If you want a bit more weight capacity, you could use a load range D, part # AM1HP54, that has a 1,330 pound capacity at 70 psi or for the most capacity, load range E, part # AM1HP56 with 1,650 pounds at 90 psi.
