Can you please tell the distance between the two ubolts, as you see in the pic I need them to fit around a weld on the bumper. Thanks

On the Ultra-Fab 2-Inch Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver # UF35-946402 the included u-bolts have a material diameter of 7/16-inch. This means that the gap in your photo needs to be at least that large for the u-bolts to fit through. The u-bolt posts' center-to-center spacing is 4-5/8-inches.
On the hitch assembly the four holes are 1/2-inch diameter. Left-to-right they are spaced 4-3/8-inches apart on hole centers, and 4-5/8-inches apart front-to-back. These dimensions are noted on the photo I prepared for you.
