What q clips would I need for a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT supper crew cab ?

The Q150 clips part # Y00750 would be the correct clips to use on your 2015 Ford F-150 to use with a Control Tower roof rack but they have been discontinued. It sounds like you have a Yakima round bar roof rack though so I can help you piece together a few more parts to complete the rack on your truck.
You would need the BaseLine Towers part # Y28TR, the Round Bar Adapter # Y03536 and then 2 sets of the fit kit part # Y06122. With the 58 inch round bars part # Y00409 that you already have you would be set.
