7-Way to 4-Way Trailer Adapter Recommendation for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma

I have a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I looked on the wiring diagram and I seem to have an optional trailer light plug already installed. I need an adapter that can fit up to this plug that goes to a 4 pin trailer light but I cant seem to find anything at all about this plug.

Sounds like you have a 7-way installed at the rear of your 2007 Toyota Tacoma like the # 37185 and would need an adapter like the part # PK12716 to give you a 4 way. Check out the install video I attached for more info as well.
