Question:
Will this pigtail work on my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pickup? If not, can you please give me the correct part number. Thank you

On the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Z71, the wiring for the brake controller is already ran and bundled underneath the dashboard on the driver side. This wiring may be taped together and tucked up and out of the way. There is not a plug-in wiring harness or brake controller port to plug into.
In addition to connecting the brake control wires, there are 2 wires underneath the hood that will need to be connected (see FAQ and video).
To install the Hayes Engage part # HA81760 you are going to need the harness part # HA81789-HBC that has 4 blunt cut wires on it that will get wired to the wires under your dash.
