Lock Availability for Use with B and W Stow and Go Ball Mount
Question:
Im looking at purchasing the BWTS10047B 3-Ball Mount 2inch Hitch System. My question is can I substitute the pins and clips for the hitch and balls with the AM3492 pin and lock system?

For a locking hitch pin to go along with the B and W Tow and Stow part # BWTS10037B a standard locking hitch pin like part # e98880 would work great.
There isn't a lock available that will allow the ball mount platform to be locked to the shank of the assembly though. But if you think about it, there wouldn't be a huge demand for someone to steal just that portion of the assembly. And if the coupler is locked to the hitch ball it would take someone with this exact ball mount assembly to be able to steal your trailer so it would be highly unlikely that locking that portion of the ball mount would make a huge difference.
