I am sorry but we do not have a round shank gooseneck adapter to allow you to tow an inverted hitch 5th wheel trailer. We offer only the B&W Turnoverball King Pin Adapter # BWGNXA4000 that you mentioned and the # BWGNXA4025 which allows use of an inverted gooseneck hitch; both of these do have square shanks.
But I do have another type of solution for you: a replacement 5th wheel pin box called a Goosebox.
A Reese Goosebox is just like a standard 5th wheel king pin except it is designed to couple to the gooseneck ball in your bed rather than a 5th wheel hitch. A goosebox is a direct bolt-on replacement for specific 5th wheel pin boxes. The linked article explains how they work and I have included a link to see all available products.
For example, part # RP94720 is rated for 16K and replaces a Lippert 0719, 1621 or 1621HD. The advantage to using a Goosebox is that these do NOT add any additional stresses to your trailer's frame.
