Can Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel Handle 110 PSI
Question:
Will the AM22658HWTB wheel handle 110 psi as long as the correct bolt-on valve stem is used? Im ready to order a set of these, but I want to verify this specification first. I plan to install a set of Goodyear G614 tires soon. Not for their max load capacity, but for their quality, and I need to replace the wheels at the same time. Thank you.

I called my contact at HWT and they said the PSI rating for part # AM22658HWTB is limited by the valve stem and tire that is used on the wheel.
This 16 inch diameter rim has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and has a load rating of 3,580-lbs.
We don't carry a valve stem for this rim that would have a high enough air pressure capacity but you should be able to find one at the tire shop you use to mount the tires and wheels.
You always want to have trailer tires inflated to their maximum air pressure. At the maximum air pressure, the tires will perform and wear best, and get the best gas mileage.
