For your ProRack 4-bike carrier you will actually need Replacement Hardware for Rhode Gear Highway Bike Carriers # RG890247. The pin itself is not available as a replacement part; only this kit. But on the plus side it never hurts to have spare parts!

The small screw in the Replacement Hardware kit #RG890247 that holds the 2 inch shank adapter onto the bike rack shank is size 10-24x1/2. This kit also includes a replacement pin and clip, bolts, washers, nuts, and 2 inch shank adapter.

The Yakima Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip for Yakima HoldUp Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier, part #Y8890200, is a 5/8 inch bolt. The size wrench you would use to install or remove this bolt is 15/16 inch.

I spoke with my contact at Yakima, the parent company for Rhode Gear and found that there is not a separate threaded hitch pin available but there is a Hardware Bag, #RG890247, available for the Older Generation Rhode Gear Highway Bike racks.

Yes, the Holdup for 1-1/4 inch hitches requires a different, smaller hitch pin. For that you'd need the part #Y90195 which comes with the new wrench you'd need and the smaller hitch pin for use with the #8880580.
