I have a pedego boomerang bike which the bar is very low in the center Will the hook be able to be attached in center or is there other ways to connect like behind the seat

In order to load your Boomerang bike on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HLY84FR you will need to use a bike adapter bar, # 64005, so the hook will be able to hold onto the bike. Like you said the frame tube is very low on that bike so the hook on this and similar bike racks can't get low enough to properly secure the bike. But using the adapter bar is any easy way to get it to work.
