Pedego Boomerang Bike Rack Recommendation
Question:
My Pedego Boomerang has a super-low step-thru frame that actually bottoms out below and in front of the crank. It doesnt look as though ANY rack has clamps that will accommodate this configuration. Are you familiar with this?

I pulled up some pictures of your Pedego Boomerang and it does have a very low stop through frame. It might be the lowest one I have ever seen actually. What you can do is use a bike frame adapter like part # 64005 to provide a horizontal attachment point for a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE bike rack part # HLY84FR.
This adapter will attach at the seat post and the steering stem. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
