Replacement Trailer Tires for 225/75-15 Tires on a 5th Wheel Trailer

I have a 28 foot 5th wheel, weighs 8400 unloaded, tire size is 225/75R15, what would be the best tire for the weight of the trailes, dual axle

For any trailer the best tire size and capacity to use is what is recommended by the trailer manufacturer in its manual or on the external sticker or plate that lists capacities. You mentioned that the dry weight of the trailer is 8,400 pounds but the gross weight is what we would need to look at to select tires with the right capacity.
If you stick with 225/75-15 tires the highest capacity available is a load range E, # AM10303, rated for 2,830 pounds at 80 psi. If you have 2 axles then 4 of these tires would have a capacity of 11,320 pounds. Always inflate trailer tires to the maximum psi indicated on the tire in order to reach the maximum capacity and to avoid blowouts.
