Weight Distribution System Recommendation for a 2,800 lb Camper
Question:
I am going to towing a 2800 lbs camper and am in the process of getting a hitch and all accessories installed. Do I need both sway control and weight distribution or am I good with just weight distribution. Thanks

Weight distribution by itself works very well as a way to prevent sway. Unless you are having a serious problem with sway when semi-trucks pass you just a weight distribution system would be all that you would need.
The Pro Series system part # PS49581 would be a great solution for you as it is designed for trailer tongue weight of up to 550 lbs and has a great price.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
