Availability of Gooseneck Ball Solution for a 2012 Ford F-250 with Factory Rail Kit
Question:
Can I use kit number RP58419 to mount my BandW companion turn over mount 5th wheel hitch into my 2012 Ford with the factory puck system ? I have the knowledge and abilities to properly install this kit

The best solution we have for you is to swap out the base of your Companion hitch with the part # BWRVB3300 which will attach to the Ford rail kit of your truck and allow you to use your current Companion head.
Aside from that theres no other way to adapt a Companion to a Ford rail kit.
