To flat tow your 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 1500 Z71 behind your Winnebago Vectra you will need a number of components including a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting/wiring solution and base plates and a braking system for the towed truck. You may also need a high/low hitch adapter and a wiring extension to make it easier to electrically connect the MH and toad. The linked article will give you excellent background on these components.

Let's start with base plates for the truck. I recommend the Demco kit # DM9518200 along with their tow bar # DM9511008 which includes safety cables, saving you that one expense. For a wiring kit use Roadmaster diode kit # RM-154 which is a one-time install. You'll also want a battery disconnect, part # RM-766.

For a braking system I suggest the fully-portable and wireless Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency # BLU37TR along with the # RM-9332. The Patriot 3 engages your towed car's brakes with virtually the same intensity as your MH's brakes for smoother stopping. This can be used with future towed vehicles since it is portable.

For a wiring extension you can use # DM9523069 from Demco which includes a socket you can mount on the front of the truck for fast MH connection. For a high-low adapter to keep your tow bar level you can refer to the linked page to choose one with the correct amount of rise or drop.
