Recommended Jounce Spring Suspension Enhancement System for 2015 Ford F-150 4x4
Question:
I wanted to get your opinion on what product will suit my need. I have a 2015 Ford F150 SuperCrew XTR 157inch 4x4 with a leveling /lift kit nstalled.....2 1/2inch front and 1inch in the rear I plan to tow a 10,200 LB 5th wheel camper with a 1400 LB pin/ tongue weight. My truck has a payload capacity of 2050 LB To prevent any rear suspension sag I understand you can replace the OEM Bump-stops on the rear axle with a larger ones. Do you have a product that would suit my needs given the 1inch rear lift on my truck that would prevent any sag? I am not considering the expense of an air-lift system. Please advise your comments.

The suspension enhancement I recommend for your 2015 Ford F-150 4x4 is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504D. These jounce-style springs will replace the OEM bump stops and help stabilize and level the vehicle while towing your trailer. The springs become more rigid as more weight is added, work independently, and will act as shock absorbers to take the brunt of bumps and rough roads.
No drilling is required to install the # TFR1504D and they will replace the existing bump stop. These Timbren springs has a weight capacity of 6,000 pounds. I have attached an installation video of these springs for you.
To compensate for the 1 inch lift on your F-150, you will want a 1 inch spacer # A25723-90AH00. You will want to use one # A25723-90AH00 spacer on each side in addition to the spacers that come with the # TFR1504D kit.
