Can Trailer Taillights All Ground Back to the Trailer Connector
Question:
I recently rewired by goose neck trailer and ran my ground wire to every light which grounds back to the 7 way from the truck ground is this ok instead of using the frame as a ground

Yes, what you did is definitely okay. The ideal ground setup for a trailer's wiring is to run each of the wires back to the ground wire of the trailer connector. Since this can be somewhat time consuming (and wire consuming), most trailer lights will just ground through the mounting hardware.
Either way can work well, but what you did is actually the better route.
