Adapter to Convert 7-Way on Vehicle to 4-Pole for Trailer

My trailer wiring has a 4 flat plug and my vehicle has a wiring plug...picture attached. Can you tell me what adaptor I need to purchase that would fit with this configuration? Thanks

The Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter you'd looked at, part # PK12716 is the correct adapter. It'll allow you to plug your 4-pole connector equipped trailer into the 7-way trailer connector on your vehicle in order to provide lighting functions for your trailer.
