I recommend an axle-less system for your trailer. The axle-less systems can be mounted to the trailer frame. This means you do not need the springs and hangers and you aren't restricted by the width of the trailer frame.
If you need electric brakes with the hubs I recommend part # A35RS545E. This system has a straight spindle and includes brakes, bearings, races and seals, and hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern.
If you are looking for idler hubs with the axle I recommend part # A35RS545. This axle-less system also includes the hubs, bearings, races, and seals.
I called my contact at Dexter and gave them the numbers you mentioned to see if they would be able to help us out. They told me that 93HF means the axle measures 93 inches hub-face-to-hub-face and SC-80 means the springs are spaced 80 inches apart.
They said this is considered a wide axle and unfortunately we do not offer axles that size. You would need to find a local axle retailer to see if they have an axle that size available. We do have 3,500-lb axle-less suspension you may be interested in.
The price for any of the items we offer can be found on the product page of our website.
