Installation of Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131 in 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Question:
When I install this anti sway bar how many washer should I have left over? I know I have two sets of End links. I am starting with 16 1/2inch and 4 9/16 The pictures do not show much regarding the use of washers. Thanks,

There is no set number of washers that should be left over after installation of the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131 on your 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Roadmaster does not specify this in their instructions since vehicle manufacturing tolerances can vary among production years and even between different vans of the same year.
The linked photo shows the installation point for the 9/16-inch washers. You will install one on the outboard side of the end link and as many as needed on the inboard side to keep it straight and without any play between it and the end of the sway bar.
Be sure to follow the fastener torque guidelines included in the instructions.
