The # RP50084-58 bracket/rail kit is indeed a fit for your 2010 Tundra.
If you click the provided link, you can look over a copy of the install instructions which includes a listing of the tools you'll need:

3/4 inch, 15/16, 12mm and 19mm socket
9/16 drill bit (plus two smaller bits)
Drill
Torque Wrench
Center Punch
Measuring Tape
Hammer
Pry Bar

You will need to drill into the truck's frame. The easy way to do this is to start out with a smaller bit like a 1/4 inch, then an intermediate size like a 3/8 then finish the hole with a 9/16 inch bit. This is much easier than trying to drill a hole straight through the frame with a 9/16 inch bit.
