Idler Hub Recommendation with 5 on 4-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern for a Timbren Axle Less ASR1THDS02

Question:

i am so confused... almost too many options for me to not buy the wrong parts, lol. i am looking to use a set of these on a flatbed utility trailer that will also carry a removable off-road tear, neither of these uses will need breaks, but i didnt find a suspension set that had this capacity for off-road wheels/tires that didnt have break flanges. i would like to use these so i can match my rigs wheels/tires so i can use a common spare tire. What hub can i use with this suspension that is just a plain, drum-free option for a 5x4.5 bolt pattern with 1/2 inch lugs? and what other things will i need to complete the suspension/hub on a trailer frame made of 2x2x1/8th tubing? things like castle nuts, cotter pins, mount bolts, ect

Just because the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR1THDS02 has brake mounting flanges does not mean you have to run hub/drums on them. You can install idler hubs on the spindles just fine.

For an idler hub that would fit the spindles that has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you would want the part # Q-HUB84545.

Everything you mentioned to mount the hub on the spindle comes with the spindle.

The Timbren would get bolted or welded to the trailer frame. Welding should be done by a qualified welder and the bolts would need to get supplied by you as well.
