Installation Instructions for Prodigy P3 Brake Controller in 1973 Ford F-250
Question:
Just bought a p3 brake controller from you guys and am installing on a 73 f250. I wont have a lot of time to install so was hoping I could get a little advice and direction so when I get it I can hit the ground running...any help, even some diagrams would be helpful. Thanks

Thank you for your recent purchase of a Prodigy P3 brake controller # 90195 for your 1973 Ford F-250. You'll use our brake controller installation kit # ETBC7 to install the controller. An article and video are linked to show you the process.
If your truck has a 4-pole trailer harness then all you'll need is the controller and install kit, but if you need a 4-pole then you can use kit # C55301 which plugs in (with no cutting or splicing of wires) at the connection point behind rear bumper.
