The Dexstar Dual Wheel part # AM20783 and the Lionshead Steel Dual Wheel part # LHHA420 are two very similar wheels with a few key differences. They are both 16" diameter x 6" wide wheels with a 8 on 6-1/2" lug pattern. However, the Lionshead wheel has a 3,500 lb weight capacity whereas the Dexstar wheel only has a 3,100 lb weight capacity. Another noticeable difference is that the Dexstar wheel is made in the U.S.A. and the Lionshead wheel is not. In order to install either wheel you will want to use a high-pressure valve stem like part # AM20906 and 5/8" flange nuts like part # 95188.

I have an attached a review video of each wheel for you as well.
