Battery Box for a 4-1/2 by 2-3/4 by 4-1/4 Inch Battery

Question:

I recently bought a battery for my fish finder and Im currently looking for a battery case for it. The batterys dimensions are: 4.45inch L x 2.76inch W x 4.21inch H Will this battery fit inside this particular battery box? If not, is there a battery box you can recommend? Thanks,

Yes, your battery will fit in Curt battery box # C52022. The box is 6" x 3-1/4" x 5-1/2" on the outside and the inside is only slightly smaller.

Another option is # TK2051. On the inside it measures 5-15/16" long x 3-1/8" wide x 5-1/2" tall.

I have a duracell ultra battery whose dimensions are: (looking at the face of the battery) 3-3/4" tall, 4" tall with battery tabs 5-13/16 wide 2-1/2" deep will this case fit it ?? thanks much for your help

Based on those dimensions the Curt Battery Box # C52022 will work really well.

Chris....your dimensions are wrong.....it's almost 6" wide, 2.5 " deep, 4" tall. 5" for me to put in the battery cables.......I just received the e-trailer package today after waiting 3 weeks to get it. Battery doesn't fit. Threw it out as it doesn't pay to send it back...get me a model number that will give me the dimension outlined above. If they're a 1/4" larger all the way around all the better, then I know it will fit....Gary

I'm really sorry about this. The Tekonsha # TK2051 should work just fine with your battery. Its INSIDE dimensions are 5-15/16" long x 3-1/8" wide x 5-1/2" tall.
