The weight capacity of the Thule roof rack for your 2010 Nissan Altima 4-door that consists of part numbers # TH480R, # TH711200, and # THKIT1580 is 165 lbs. This is one of the nicest roof racks around so I would recommend it for you. I attached an install video as well.
To determine what Nissan says is your roof capacity you will need to check the owners manual. It will be listed there. It is important to go with whichever is the lower figure of the two as the overall capacity.
