Can you confirm that you have a hitch for a 2016 Honda HR-V? Thanks

There are indeed hitches available. I'd recommend either the Curt # C11416 that you'd looked at or the EcoHitch # 306-X7322.

If I had to choose between the two, I'd personally go with the EcoHitch because it uses the more common 2 inch receiver opening and is compatible with many more hitch mounted accessories than the Curt # C11416 that uses a 1-1/4 inch receiver. Also, once it's installed, the EcoHitch crossbar will be concealed behind the rear bumper so the only visible part of the hitch will be the receiver tube and the safety chain loops.
