Both the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # 13323 and the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch # 75236 would work well for you. These Class III trailer hitches have a 2 inch receiver, 5,000 pound max towing weight and 500 pound max tongue weight. For installation, both hitches require the bumper brackets to be loosed or removed.
I would go with the Curt trailer hitch, as it is more economically friendly than Draw-Tite.
The trailer hitch will bolt into existing weld nuts on your truck's frame. A cleaning brush, # 814092, will help you to clean the weld nuts to ease installation. I have included installation videos of both hitches on 2015 Tacomas for you.
If you need a wiring harness, I recommend the Tow Ready Custom Fit Wiring Harness # 118496. This wiring harness plugs into your exsisting wiring behind the taillights of your Tacoma. I have attached an installation video of this wiring harness on a 2015 Tacoma for you.
I recommend our etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989900 if you need a ball mount and hitch ball for your towing. This kit comes with two ball mounts of different rises and drops, and two hitch balls with different ball diameters. The kit also includes a pin and clip, as well as a ball mount bag for storage. I have also attached a review video of this ball mount kit for you.

I read reviews that for a bike rack they liked the curt over the drawtite because it did not sway as much is this true and would I need the strap with the curt that I here people talk about to cover their warranty?
