Which Replacement Hub Drum for 2007 Rockwood HW256 Pop-Up

Question:

2007 Rockwood pop up trailer model HW256 made by Forest River. I need the size for wheel studs and a drum. I believe it is a 5 on 4 1/2inch but not sure. Any help you could give or standard size that they use would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lonnie Bryan

I don't have reference information that would tell me the diameter of the wheel studs or the wheel bolt pattern used by your Rockwood Pop-Up. A master catalog that shows which OEM parts were used by the various RV and Camper manufacturers would be a Godsend, but it just doesn't exist. However, with some assistance from you, we can find the parts you need.

It sounds like you're looking to replace your hubs, is that correct? To determine which hubs you need, I'll need some additional information. I'll need the reference numbers from your inner and outer wheel bearings, as well as the diameter of the spindle where the grease seal rides. If you can't read the reference numbers, I can figure that out if you provide the diameter of the spindle where each bearing rides (see diagram.) A highly accurate measuring device like a digital caliper would need to be used to take these measurements. A ruler or tape measure wouldn't be accurate enough. I'll also need to know the diameter and the depth of your existing hub/drum, it's wheel bolt pattern and wheel stud diameter (likely 1/2 inch.)

When you reply with this information, I'd be happy to recommend a replacement for you.

I'll link you to an FAQ article that shows how to determine the wheel bolt pattern.
