wanted to know if the part HE6001 will fit into the threaded part in the hitch of the bikerack in part SR2415

The threaded hitch lock you would want to use with the SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415 is the part # SR0901. The part # HE6001 that you referenced is designed for Heininger racks so I can't recommend it for you.
This will replace your current hitch pin bolt with one that has a lock at the end of it.
