The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 that you referenced is a universal fit camera that can fit virtually any vehicle. I am not sure what vehicle you have, but it should fit it just fine.

To route the cable inside the vehicle you would need to take apart the interior panels behind the rear hatch so that you can find a suitable spot to drill the hole in the hatch exterior so that you can route the wire from the camera to the interior of the vehicle. Once you get the wire routed on the interior you can then have it follow the main wiring harnesses of the hatch so that you can get it to the interior of the vehicle.

There may be existing holes in the hatch near the license plate bracket that you could also use.

Check out the video I attached that shows this camera installed on a similar vehicle as yours with a hatch.
