Bunk Board Guide On Installation Instructions
Question:
Installing CE 24inch bunk board guide ons. Single axle trailer. 16foot tri hull boat. Question - How close to the boat hull should I set the bunk board ? touching the hull, 1/2 inch away. ..... other ?

You will want to give the boat a little wiggle room between the guide-ons. They are there mainly to help you keep you on track as you approach the trailer. The actual bunks of the trailer will center the boat on the trailer once it gets far enough on the trailer. Think of these as a way to pre-center the boat on the trailer as it slides on.
I would go with a couple inches of space between the boat and the bunks. I attached an install video for this product for you to check out as well.
