Is there a Plug-In Connector for Reverse Light Wire on ETBC7 Kit for a 2011 Toyota RAV4
Question:
I was wondering if there is a T type connector to hook into the back up lights for connection with the ETBC7 plug? Ill be installing a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, Tekonsha Brake Controller - TK90160 Primus IQ and the ETBC7 kit. If there is no connector available what is the easiest and cleanest way to go about it?

To attach the reverse light wire from # ETBC7 to your 2011 Toyota RAV4 you will need to hardwire it directly to a reverse light circuit. There isn't a plug for it. The trouble is where to find the reverse light wire. You can test the wires at the taillights to see if the reverse light wire passes through by using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993.
If the reverse light wire cannot be found in the vehicle tail light wiring harnesses, then you would need to get the signal from behind one of the reverse lights.
