i have a 34foot Alumascape weighing about 12thousand pounds, would the T4843800 be compatible with my fifth wheel?

If your fifth wheel uses 3500 lb axles and the wheel bearings are L68149 inners and L44649 outers, the Titan Disc Brake Kit you referenced, part # T4843800 would be compatible. Your existing bearings should have the reference numbers stamped into the bearing cage.

If you're not sure about the capacity of your axle, if you can provide the inner and outer bearing reference numbers, and the bolt pattern of your wheels I can determine the axle capacity. With that information, I can recommend a braking system for you. I'll link you to an FAQ article that will give you an idea of what all would be needed to convert an electric brakes system to electric over hydraulic.

My research indicates that most of the 31-34 Alumascapes used 6K tandem axles with spindles that are compatible with a 25580 inner and a 15123 outer bearing. I've linked you to the 6K capacity disc brakes we offer. If you check out your bearings and confirm this, the following parts could be assembled to make a disc brake kit:

-Kodiak # K2HR526D disc brake kit, you'll need 2 of these (assumes your wheels have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt circle
-Hydrastar disc brake actuator, part # HBA16
-Trailer breakaway kit, part # 50-85-313
-Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit, part # DM5425

If your current brake controller isn't compatible with electric over hydraulic brake actuators, you'll have best results if you use a EOH compatible controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885 or P3, part # 90195. Both controllers offer similar features, but the P3 is a bit more user-friendly.
