Does the Yakima HoldUp Bike Carrier Come with a Locking Hitch Pin

Question:

Hi! I am interested in the Yakima HoldUp. Your video was very informative, thank you for doing that. Im interested to know if the included anti-rattle pin has a hole in it for a padlock to pass through the cotter pin side. If not, is there any way to maintain the anti-rattle feature when using a locking hitch pin? I cant imagine leaving this rack on my bike even in a restaurant without it being locked. If Im right, how do lock the rack to the car without using a locking hitch pin? With a cable lock? If so, is there an integrated metal eye on the rack to thread a cable lock through? If so, what is the interior measurement of the eye on the rack?

The Yakima HoldUp bike carrier # Y02443-2 does come with a locking hitch pin that also acts as an anti-rattle device. It also comes with cable locks. All of he locks will use the same key and can be changed out to match locks on other Yakima accessories.
