The part # TLD2115 you referenced will only fit up to 2012 Rams so it would not work.

The Torklift camper tie downs you need for your 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 8 foot bed are the part numbers part #TLD4101 and #TLD3109 if you have running boards under the cab of the truck or part numbers #TLD2115 and #TLD3109 for if you do not.
