Could Timbren Axle-Less Systems Work on a Boat Trailer that Sees Saltwater

Question:

Are the Axle-less suspension system recommended for a boat trailer that is used in saltwater? Additionally the rating for weight is that per side Ex 2000lb per side for a total of 4000 lbs. Thank you,

The Timbren Axle-Less System like part # ASR2KHDS01 would do just as well as a standard axle in saltwater. The powdercoat finish of the system will help to fight corrosion from salt water. Saltwater is very corrosive so any metal that gets exposed to it won't last forever. If you can, you should rinse off as much of your trailer as possible after being exposed to saltwater.

This system has a 2,000 lb capacity. That means that both sides of the system together create a 2,000 lb capacity.

For a higher rated system we have the part # ASR5200S01 which has a 5,200 lb capacity rated in the same way.
