Question:
Will the Curt C11286 install in my 2015 Subaru Impreza wagon the same way as shown in the video for the 2014 Subaru? thanks

According to my Curt representative, the install procedure for the # C11286 Curt Class I hitch hasn't changed from the 2014 model year to the 2015. This particular hitch is a fit for 5 door hatchback models with single exhausts only.
The Curt hitch warranty stipulates that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 be used on all non-trailer loads like bike racks or cargo carriers. The problem is that on many vehicles, there isn't a convenient place for the strap to attach to the vehicle (especially on vehicles that have a spoiler on top of the hatch lid like the Impreza Hatchback.
I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part # DT24959, which is compatible with the single exhaust hatchback Impreza as long as it's not a WRX or WRX STi model. The Draw-Tite hitch won't require the strap.
