The issue you're going to run into is that you don't have much ground clearance at the rear of your Sienna. Using a dual hitch adapter or a towing bike rack like the Swagman # S64675 won't provide the kind of rise needed to tow your trailer so it's level. When the trailer isn't towed level, it'll be more susceptible to trailer sway, which can be dangerous.

We do have a solution that would allow you to carry two bikes on the A-frame tongue of your trailer, the Bike Bunk from Stromberg Carlson, part # CC-275. The Bike Bunk has a limited 100 lb weight capacity, so you'd be limited to carrying two bikes.

The Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360 would be a good choice of bike rack. It weighs about 30 lbs, which should leave plenty of capacity for carrying two bikes.
