Wheel Mounted Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for a Front Hitch
Question:
I have installed a front hitch receiver on my 2014 chevy Silverado. looking to purchase a bike rack to hold 2 bikes. would like the style that the wheels fit into and a clamp on the rack holds them in place. I would also like the rack not to move back and forth when the vehicle is moving.

Sounds like you are looking for a platform bike rack that uses wheel mounts that is stable while in use.
For that I would recommend the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack # TH83JV. This is a great rack that uses wheel mounts like you said you liked and will fit your 2 inch hitch. This rack also features and anti-rattle device built into the hitch pin so that when tightened will prevent movement while traveling.
If you think you might every want to carry 3 or 4 bikes, take a look at the # TH69TX. It is the same T2 Pro XTR but it has an added 2 bike extension.
