WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THIS HITCH WITHOUT THE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE 30,000 #?

When used with the Curt Universal Gooseneck Ball Rail Kit, # C61502 the # C65500 has a 30k capacity.
When not used with the rail kit our contact at Curt has told us he can not guaranty the exact weight capacity but it should be close to 20,000 pounds depending on how it is installed.
