Are there any rhino rack foot kits that integrate with the factory roof rack points on the 2013 bmw 328i?

I have a roof rack solution that will work on your 2013 BMW 328i with factory fixed points, but there are no Rhino Rack brand racks that I can recommend.

Instead check out the Thule Roof Rack that consists of part # TH711220, # TH710601, and # TH186007. This is an aero bar rack similar to the Rhino Rack that you referenced that should work well for you.
