The rear suspension system I recommend is the Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs # F2525. They will fit your 2013 Ford F-150 2WD or 4WD (will not work with the SVT Raptor or FX2 models).
The ride quality of your 2013 Ford F-150 will be improved and reduce strain on your rear suspension. You can adjust the air pressure between 5 psi to 100 psi as well. Adjusting the air in the bags should be adjusted to suit the weight of the load you are carrying.
I also recommend the Firestone level command II compressor # F2158 because you can control the levels of the air helper springs # F2525 from your vehicle's cab. I think you will like the convenience of not needing to use an external air compressor to change the air pressure in the springs.
The load leveling capacity is 3,200-5,000 pounds but keep in mind the weight carrying capacity of your F-150 won't increase.
I included a couple installation videos and informative articles for you too.
