Recommendation for Replacing Broken Pin on 2
Question:
I WAS TOWING MY SNOWMOBILE TRAILER AND BROKE THE PIN OFF THAT HOLDS THE 2inch BALL ON. THE BROKEN PIN IS THE ONE THAT GOES THROUGHT THE BALL ITSELF.NOT SURE OF THE BRAND. IT IS PROBABLY 10 PLUS YRS OLD. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT AND HOW CAN I GET A NEW PIN .

Expert Reply:
The only hitch balls that I am familiar with that use a pin would be an interchangeable ball sets like the Convert-A-Ball, # 901b. Replacement pins are not available so your hitch ball would need to be replaced. I have attached a link to all of the interchangeable ball sets which include a 2" ball.
If you would like to go with a standard 2" hitch ball, I have attached a link to those as well.
