Will this work on a starcraft ar one travel trailer to haul some bikes?

The Draw-Tite Multi-Fit Trailer Hitch # 5350 that you referenced is designed to fit trailers that have frames that are between 24 and 46 inches in width. If the frame of your trailer falls in that range this hitch would work well for you.

This hitch can be used to carry a bike rack, but not all bike racks are designed to be used at the back of a trailer. The back of a trailer has a much rougher ride quality than at the back of a vehicle so only reinforced bike racks are designed to work there.
