Question:
I own a 95 f-150 4×4 that never had wiring for a trailer i had to splice into factory harness because there wasnt a factory quick connect option, and i would like to know which wires under the dash i have to use to connect the iq controler up and what extra wiring will i have to run to the rear of the truck so i can use a 7 pole ?

In your 1995 Ford F-150 there should be a brake controller connection port under the dash. This is usually a grey connector near the diagnostic port on the underside of the dash. Please refer to the linked photo. If you have this connector you can use wiring adapter # 3035-P to connect your Primus IQ brake controller # TK90160. You will also need a brake controller installation kit, part # ETBC7, which includes the 7-way socket, connectors and circuit breakers. This kit includes the wiring needed to allow you to get your trailer brake and 12V power signals to the included 7-way.
If you do not have the quick connect port under the dash you will still use the ETBC7 kit but you will then not need the 3035-P harness. The four wires from your Primus connect as follows: the RED wire connects to the cold side of the brake light switch (the side that carries a voltage only when you press the pedal); the BLACK wire connects through the circuit breaker supplied in the ETBC7 kit to the battery positive terminal; the WHITE wire connects to your battery ground terminal; the BLUE output wire connects to the pin at the 5-o-clock position on the 7-way.
In order to use the ETBC7 kit you need to have a working 4-pole trailer connector on the truck. You can use TowReady part # 118316, which plugs in at a connector on the underside of the frame on the driver's side.
The linked articles and video will give you additional guidance for the brake controller installation.
